Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to fraud risk management
Verify suspicious activities or transactions reported on customer accounts
Record and document customer interactions accurately in the system
Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer issues
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department
Follow standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with Flipkart's fraud policies
