Key Responsibilities:

outbound calls to existing US customers
Pitch and upsell services/products
to current clients
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve assigned
sales and revenue targets
Maintain accurate
MIS reports

Update CRM systems with call outcomes and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order/service execution
Ensure compliance with call quality and process guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent

Experience in
US Voice Process / International Telecalling / Sales
Strong
sales pitching and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of
MIS reporting and MS Excel
Target-driven with a proactive approach
Willingness to work in
night shifts

Experience handling
