Job Description

We are hiring a

Customer Service & Sales Executive

for a

US Voice Process

role. The position focuses on telecalling existing customers, pitching services/products, managing sales data, and maintaining MIS reports while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Make

outbound calls to existing US customers

Pitch and upsell services/products

to current clients Build and maintain strong customer relationships Achieve assigned

sales and revenue targets

Maintain accurate

MIS reports

, sales trackers, and call data Update CRM systems with call outcomes and follow-ups Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order/service execution Ensure compliance with call quality and process guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent

English communication skills

Experience in

US Voice Process / International Telecalling / Sales

Strong

sales pitching and negotiation skills

Good knowledge of

MIS reporting and MS Excel

Target-driven with a proactive approach Willingness to work in

night shifts


Preferred Candidate Profile:

Background in

BPO / International Sales / Customer Service

Experience handling

existing client base

(upselling/cross-selling) Familiar with CRM and sales tracking tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
