We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Back Office Customer Service team. The role involves managing customer interactions through chat, ensuring timely resolution, and supporting both service and sales functions. Candidates must possess strong written communication skills and the ability to deliver accurate, grammatically correct responses.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries efficiently through chat-based communication.
Provide accurate, clear, and professional written resolutions.
Support both service-related and sales-related customer requests.
Maintain service quality, adherence, and productivity standards.
Document interactions and update internal systems as required.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support.
Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Excellent written English communication skills (C1 level).
No grammatical errors in written responses.
Educational qualification: 10+3 Diploma / HSC / Any Graduate.
Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
Willingness to work in
24/7 rotational shifts
