Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
Provide timely responses and updates to customers regarding their queries and complaints.
Coordinate with engineers to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
Maintain proper follow-up on all open complaints until closure.
Coordinate with our China office for technical support, updates, and service-related communication.
Record and maintain customer interactions, service reports, and feedback.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
