Key Responsibilities
Call drivers who show interest via ads, referrals, or walk-ins
Ask and verify basic eligibility details:
Owned car (rented cars not allowed)
Vehicle make & model
Manufacturing year (2022 or newer)
Clearly explain ZAP's driver-partner model in a simple and honest manner
Guide eligible drivers through the onboarding process
Coordinate with the operations team for document verification
Maintain basic call records and onboarding status
Handle driver queries politely and professionally
Skills & Requirements
Good communication skills in
Hindi / Hinglish
(Punjabi is a plus)
Comfortable speaking to drivers on phone
Basic understanding of cars and cab services preferred
Patient, polite, and confident personality
Ability to explain information clearly without overselling
