Job Description

To provide exceptional customer service and support for airline passengers and clients, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with airline standards as a General Sales Agent (GSA).

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Interaction:

Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding flight schedules, fares, and services. Assist passengers with reservations, ticketing, cancellations, and modifications. Provide accurate information on airline policies, baggage rules, and travel requirements.

Operational Support:

Coordinate with airline headquarters for flight updates and operational changes. Manage check-in processes and ensure compliance with airline procedures. Handle special service requests (SSR) such as meal preferences, wheelchair assistance, etc.

Issue Resolution:

Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Ensure timely resolution of disruptions like delays or cancellations.

Sales & Revenue:

Promote airline products and services to maximize revenue. Assist travel agents and corporate clients with group bookings and fare negotiations.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions. Prepare daily/weekly reports for airline management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
