Position Overview:
As the Customer Service Agent at Ghar Mandir, you will play a pivotal role in managing our customer conversations. You will be responsible for all responses to customers, and handling our entire customer support platform. The ideal candidate will be diligent, proactive, and adept at problem-solving in a dynamic startup environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Previous experience in customer support roles is preferable
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers.

Monthly Compensation: ~INR 10,000 - 15,000
