Live Chat Customer Service Agent
where you'll resolve customer queries via live chat, ensuring seamless service for billing, troubleshooting, and account management while driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
? Handle inbound live chat queries (billing, rate plans, service changes, troubleshooting).
? Resolve issues on first contact with accurate, clear, and professional responses.
? Upsell/cross-sell telecom products to boost business profitability.
? Adhere to US shift timings (6 PM IST - 9:30 AM IST, rotational).
? Maintain high productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Mandatory Requirements:

6+ months in Live Chat/Customer Service/Telecom (Non-negotiable).
?
Proven upselling/cross-selling experience in live chat.
? Fluent written English (grammar, clarity, professionalism).
? Basic MS Office (Word, Excel) and computer proficiency.
? Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team.
