Key Responsibilities:



Process customer requests and transactions accurately and efficiently. Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards. Meet daily productivity and quality targets. Collaborate with team members to enhance process efficiency. Adapt to changing work processes and business needs.

Requirements:



Fresh graduates, Undergraduates are welcome to apply Open for no experience and with experience in BPO Preferably with 6 months experience in Customer Service Strong written communication skills. Ability to work in rotational shifts and work onsite Basic computer proficiency and typing skills. Can start working on June 16, 2025
