About the project
We are currently looking for a dedicated Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) based in Chennai to join us on a full-time basis.
You will play a key role in supporting our learners and will be part of an exciting journey as we set up a new location from the ground up.

Your role
Acting as the first point of contact for our learners via email or on site
Providing guidance in course selection and supporting participants with their questions
Ensuring learner satisfaction through efficient, friendly, and solution-oriented support
Coordinating administrative tasks and contributing to smooth day-to-day operations
Your profile
Strong service orientation and genuine enthusiasm for working with adult learners
Fluent English skills, German is a plus
Confident and professional communication, whether by email, phone, or in person
Solid PC and MS Office skills
