We are looking for motivated Customer Service Advisors to join our team. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and webchats while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound voice, email, and chat interactions with professionalism.
Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of all customer communications.
Strive to achieve high Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSAT).
Compensation
Basic Salary:?20,000 - ?30,000 (based on interview performance).
Incentives: Additional Performance-Linked Incentives (PLI) based on customer feedback scores.
Selection Criteria
Good typing speed.
Strong fluency in English (spoken & written).
Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving skills.
Work Schedule
5 days a week.
7 hours per day (total of 455 hours across a 13-week work roster).
