Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle Inbound customer Interactions
Handle tickets, raising and updating tickets
Calling out to the right on-call engineering team
Email Communication
Should be comfortable in flexible shifts
Good hands-on experience in MS Office products and good email handling etiquette
Customer-oriented attitude
Spoken and written English language is a must
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
