Role Overview
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support via phone, email, and live chat. You'll help resolve queries, provide product/service/order information across several different platforms and channels, and ensure each customer has an overall good experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information and assistance while resolving any customer issues/ queries
Pro active approach to provide excellent customer service
Raising spotted issues to avoid further complications
Deliver excellent customer service at every touchpoint
Ensuring all customers are kept informed and up to date with any order updates
Raising delivery enquiries with the allocated courier
Daily reporting on Manufacturing Faults, Issues with couriers, claims and etc
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and listening skills
Fluent English-speaking skills
Excellent phone mannerism is essential
Good Grammar and spelling skills
Preferable experience in UK market and understanding of Consumer Rights Act 2015 UK
A positive, customer-focused attitude
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Prior Customer Service experience 3+ year required
Previous experience in e-commerce is essential
Familiarity with Amazon, eBay and Shopify is an advantage
