Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via phone, email, live chat, or in person Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues Stay up to date with product knowledge, system updates, and company policies Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

Key Skills & Requirements:

Proven customer service experience or similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle tough conversations with empathy Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred in some cases)
