Australia Based company seeking customer support officer , We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our financial services. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyse customer needs will be essential in fostering strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.

Duties

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. Utilise Salesforce to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Assist customers with their financial service needs, providing information on products and services. Analyse customer issues to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer queries effectively. Maintain a thorough understanding of our financial products and services to provide informed assistance. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while handling customer information.

Requirements

Must be good in English, Speaking and writing . Must have Laptop or PC and Basic knowledge about how to use . Must have Wifi Must have smart phone Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial services sector. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
