Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and chat support for E-Commerce US customers.
Assist with
orders, returns, refunds, product information, and account-related queries

Deliver accurate, empathetic, and professional service.
Maintain records of customer interactions in line with process guidelines.
Achieve defined performance metrics such as CSAT, resolution time, and quality compliance.

Education:
HSC / Graduate

06-24 months of Customer Service experience (BPO or Non-BPO) is mandatory.
