Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Advisor for handling Inbound Calls / Email / Chat Support for our International Blended Process.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls, emails and chats. Resolve customer queries in a timely manner. Record customer interactions, issues and resolutions accurately. Provide excellent customer service and support with a problem-solving approach.
Requirements:

Education:

HSC or Any Bachelor's Degree.

Experience:

Freshers can apply. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or BPO is preferred. Experience in an international call center is an added advantage.

Excellent

verbal and written

English communication skills.

Good computer knowledge with typing skills.

Shift:

Day Shift (Rotational), 5 days working a week.

Week Off:

Rotational.
