We are looking for a dynamic CRM & Offline Sales Executive to manage customer relationships and drive on-ground sales activities. The role involves handling leads, coordinating with clients, and supporting the sales team to improve conversions and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update customer data, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system
Coordinate with the offline sales team to track inquiries, site visits, and closures
Handle walk-in customers, understand requirements, and provide product/service information
Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and existing clients to improve conversion rates
Prepare sales reports, customer feedback, and daily/weekly performance updates
Support the sales team with quotations, documentation, and order processing
Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
Manage and maintain all leads, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system from walk-ins, calls, and site visits
Handle customers visiting the experience center, explain pergola models, materials, finishes, and fabrication options
Maintain customer relationships from inquiry to project handover and after-sales support
Ensure timely follow-ups to convert inquiries into orders and closures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
2-3 years of experience in CRM handling or offline sales
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
Good communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills
Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a team
Preferred Skills:
Experience in retail, fabrication, construction, or interior/exterior products
Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
