VOC Automotive India Pvt. Ltd.

is looking for passionate and customer Service Advisors to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle service needs, providing accurate service recommendations, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Requirements:


Experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry.


Maintain accurate service cost estimates service records, ensure timely service completion and manage service workflow.


In-depth knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.


Inform servicing date, promote additional services and products to customers.


Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.


Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Excellent problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills


Technical certifications or automotive knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree, Diploma or equivalent; automotive certifications are preferred.


1-3 years of experience in an automotive service advisor role (freshers may also apply with relevant training).


Ability to work flexible hours based on customer demand.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹19,500.00 per month
