VOC Automotive India Pvt. Ltd.

is looking for passionate and customer Service Advisors to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle service needs, providing accurate service recommendations, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Requirements:

? Experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry.

? Maintain accurate service cost estimates service records, ensure timely service completion and manage service workflow.

? In-depth knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.

? Inform servicing date, promote additional services and products to customers.

? Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

? Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

? Excellent problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills

? Technical certifications or automotive knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree, Diploma or equivalent; automotive certifications are preferred.

? 1-3 years of experience in an automotive service advisor role (freshers may also apply with relevant training).

? Ability to work flexible hours based on customer demand.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?19,500.00 per month
