Customer Service Advisor

for its multibrand two-wheeler service outlet in Thrissur. The role involves handling customer interactions, coordinating with the service team, and ensuring a smooth service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand their service requirements Prepare job cards and explain service details, timelines, and costs Coordinate with technicians for timely service delivery Update customers on service status and ensure satisfaction Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups Maintain service records and basic documentation

Requirements:

Diploma/Graduate (Automobile or relevant field preferred) 1-3 years of experience in a two-wheeler service center (multibrand preferred) Good communication and customer-handling skills Basic knowledge of two-wheeler service processes Proficiency in MS Office and service software is an advantage
