Coordinating with mechanics and service team
Monitoring vehicle progress & ensuring timely delivery
Preparing invoices and updating customer records
Maintaining customer satisfaction and feedback follow-ups
Skills Required:
Good communication & customer handling skills
Basic technical knowledge of vehicles ,Spare & warranty processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
Computer knowledge added advantage
