Female Customer Service Advisor
to join our automobile service centre. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from vehicle drop-off to collection.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and handle service inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians.
Explain recommended services, estimated costs, and timelines to customers.
Maintain accurate records of services and customer interactions.
Handle customer complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
Female candidates only (as per customer service preferences).
Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of vehicle servicing is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and customer management systems.
