Customer Account Manager
, you will be the first point of contact for clients' customers who may be experiencing financial difficulties. You will play a key role in supporting our Legal, Collections and Investigations teams while delivering fair, compassionate and results-driven customer service.

Responsibilities
Providing support to the Legal, Collections and Investigations teams
Making outbound calls, emails and texts to customers regarding outstanding balances
Supporting customers in financial difficulty while treating all customers fairly
Managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records
Preparing legal referral bundles and escalating matters appropriately
Setting up Direct Debits and taking payments
Chasing missed payments and re-setting Direct Debits when necessary
Handling 30-50 inbound and outbound calls per day
Completing general administrative duties, including photocopying and scanning

Qualifications & Skills
Excellent written and spoken English
English-language certificate required (IELTS, TOEFL or equivalent) -- level 6+ or equivalent standard
Strong phone handling skills with active listening ability
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage different customer personalities with empathy
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including basic Excel
Experience with CRM systems (preferred)
Proven ability to meet or exceed targets
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
Customer service experience preferred -- full training provided
Some legal understanding is an advantage
