Customer Service Adviser
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Record customer interactions and update databases/CRM systems.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while dealing with customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Follow company guidelines and service standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent; higher qualifications a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
