to join our team at LILO. In this role, you will serve as a crucial liaison between our customers and the internal Marketing and Business Sales teams. Your primary goal will be to ensure every customer receives outstanding support and service throughout their interaction with LILO--from inquiry to order fulfillment and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to LILO products and services.
Ensure a smooth ordering and delivery experience by coordinating with relevant internal departments.
Track and monitor customer orders, proactively communicate delivery updates or delays, and resolve issues promptly.
Support customers in product selection and provide accurate information regarding current offerings and promotions.
Collaborate with Marketing and Business Sales teams to stay informed on campaigns and customer expectations.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
Collect, analyze, and report customer feedback to help drive continuous improvement in products and service delivery.
Consistently strive to exceed customer expectations and strengthen customer loyalty through every touchpoint.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM or order/delivery tracking systems is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, support coordination, or related roles is preferred.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, or a related field.
