Job Summary:
We're looking for a customer-focused and sales-driven Customer Sales Support Executive to provide exceptional support to our customers, drive sales growth, and build strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability
3. Resolve customer complaints and issues
4. Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers
5. Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
6. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Strong sales and customer service skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Basic product knowledge (training will be provided)
5. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
