Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations efficiently and empathetically.
Monitor customer interactions and provide data-driven insights to improve service quality.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement strategies.
Maintain and update accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Assist in developing customer retention and loyalty programs.
Ensure timely follow-ups via calls, emails, or chats across all customer interactions.
Meet service-level agreements and contribute to overall team targets.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's in any degree
0.6 to 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or client service.
Proficiency in CRM software tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
Ability to analyze customer data and suggest actionable improvements.
Languages Preferred:
Proficient in English and Tamil
Spoken language of
Hindi
or other regional languages will be an added advantage
Annual CTC Estimate:
?1.6 - ?3 LPA (based on experience and interview performance) + Incentives upon achieving sales target
