Job Description

Responsibilities:



Provide timely and professional support to customers via chat, email, and calls. Understand and resolve software-related issues by guiding users through technical steps. Collaborate with the technical and development teams to escalate and track unresolved issues. Maintain records of customer interactions and solutions provided. Assist in software demo, onboarding and training sessions for new clients. Gather customer feedback to help improve product performance and usability.

Requirements:



Female candidates are preferred.

1-2 years of experience

in customer support or software support roles. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Arabic language skills are an added advantage.

Educational qualification: Open to any discipline. Strong customer-oriented approach with patience and professionalism. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
