We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused

Sales Representative

to join our team. The person in this role will handle customer communications mainly through

WhatsApp and phone calls

, helping customers with product selection, managing inquiries, and closing sales. You will play a key role in increasing purchases, building strong customer relationships, and boosting in-store visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Communication

Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls Share product images, details, offers, and pricing Provide clear and professional responses to customer questions

Sales and Order Handling

Guide customers through product selection and purchase decisions Take and process customer orders accurately Coordinate with the billing and delivery teams to ensure smooth order completion

Sales Growth and Follow-up

Follow up with new and existing customers to encourage repeat purchases Promote new arrivals, offers, and promotions to customers Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets

In-Person Customer Visits

Visit key customers as needed to understand their requirements and build trust Represent the company in a professional manner during customer interactions

Requirements

Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred Previous experience in women ethnic wear sales, customer service, or tele-calling is a plus Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English understanding preferred Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and handling sales calls Strong customer handling, persuasion, and follow-up skills
