We are looking for Customer Sales Representative for US Shift - International Sales.

Customer Sales Responsibilities list:

Receiving inbound phone calls
Generate sales leads
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and c
all handling quotas

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Requirements:-

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Freshers with good command over English language are welcome
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Pay: ₹10,694.89 - ₹25,000.00 per month
