Represent the company at meetings, events, and promotional activities
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement & Lead Handling
Identify potential customers through calls, visits, and online enquiries
Follow up on leads and convert them to sales
Handle customer queries professionally
2. Sales Generation
Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing
Prepare and share quotations
Negotiate and close sales deals
Promote upselling and cross-selling
3. Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with clients
Ensure customer satisfaction and post-sales support
4. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate sales records and daily reports
Update CRM/Excel sheets with sales progress
Share weekly/monthly sales updates with management
5. Market & Product Knowledge
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Understand product features to present effectively
6. Field/Tele Sales Activities (as applicable)
Visit customers/clients for product demonstrations
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and events
7. Team Collaboration
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and accounts teams
Provide customer feedback to improve service
