Job Description

We are looking for a candidate who is eager to work with school/college management software. The role involves giving product demonstrations to clients, preparing detailed documentation, and coordinating with the internal team to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct live demos of our ERP/education software to schools and colleges. Understand client requirements and showcase product features that fit their needs. Prepare functional and technical documentation (user manuals, training guides, process flows). Collaborate with sales and project teams to ensure accurate handover of client requirements. Assist in onboarding and training clients on software usage. Gather feedback from clients during and after demos to improve product presentations. Stay updated with market trends in educational ERP software.

Requirements:

Interested in working with

school/college ERP or educational software

is mandatory. Strong communication and presentation skills. Good documentation and reporting abilities. Ability to explain technical features in a simple, user-friendly manner. Familiarity with education industry workflows (admissions, exams, fees, attendance, etc.). Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Docs for documentation.
