to handle inbound & outbound customer calls, generate service bookings, and ensure excellent customer experience for our doorstep vehicle service platform.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
inbound & outbound customer calls
regarding bike & car services
Convert leads into
confirmed service bookings
Explain service packages, pricing & offers clearly
Perform
upselling & cross-selling
of value-added services
Update customer details and booking status in CRM / database
Follow up with customers for feedback & repeat services
Coordinate with operations & mechanics for smooth service delivery
Achieve
daily & monthly sales targets
Required Skills
Excellent
communication & persuasion skills
Experience in
inside sales / telesales / B2C sales
Comfortable working with
targets & performance metrics
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel)
Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving ability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
