Roles & responsibilities would include:
Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on time and as agreed.
Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with appropriate solutions.
Knowledge of customer service programs and databases, or the ability to learn new software quickly.
Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship.
Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.
