Key Responsibilities:



Manage

inbound leads

from website, calls, social media, and marketplaces--ensuring timely responses and personalized follow-ups. Execute

outbound lead generation

through calls, WhatsApp, and email to build relationships with potential customers (corporates, event planners, retail clients, etc.). Maintain and update the

CRM system

with accurate customer data, inquiries, interactions, and order history. Nurture leads through effective

follow-up strategies

until conversion. Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure

smooth order fulfillment

. Build and manage strong customer relationships to increase

repeat orders and referrals

. Track, analyze, and report on

lead conversion rates, sales pipeline, and customer engagement metrics

. Work closely with marketing to provide feedback on customer needs, campaign responses, and lead quality. Handle

corporate gifting and bulk order leads

, providing customized solutions and quotations. Support customer satisfaction initiatives by ensuring timely query resolution and delight.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,835.61 - ₹28,149.45 per month
