Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive professional with excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals, especially within the healthcare commerce domain.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities and customer segments.
Create sales forecasts and action plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Team Leadership and Development
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 15-20 sales representatives to consistently, understand the Area of improvements & deliver high performance.
Promote a culture of agility, ownership, and accountability suited to a startup or Fast paced Environment.
Conduct regular team reviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
Performance and Data-Driven Management
Define, track, and manage sales performance using KPIs and OKRs.
Analyze sales data to provide insights and implement improvements in strategy and execution.
Create regular reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
Revenue and Growth
Expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
Work closely with product and marketing teams to align sales efforts with campaigns and feature launches.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or a related field.
2-3 years of experience as Sales Lead/ Manager - B2C
Demonstrated success in driving revenue and scaling sales teams in a star-tup or fast paced environment.
Solid understanding of the healthcare industry (Preferred)
Strong analytical and decision-making skills; hands-on experience with KPIs, OKRs, and CRM systems
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
