We are looking for a dynamic and confident

Tele-Customer Sales Executive

to join our team in Ranchi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, a strong sales aptitude, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This is a

fully desk-based role

involving customer interaction over phone calls and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Make inbound and outbound calls to engage with customers and promote company products/services. Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while building rapport with customers. Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product or service information. Update and manage customer data using

MS Excel

and CRM tools. Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare daily and weekly reports in Excel for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience:

1-3 years in tele-sales, customer support, or a related field.

Language:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Technical Skills:

Advanced knowledge of

Microsoft Excel

(formulas, pivot tables, data handling, etc.). Proficiency in computer-based CRM tools.

Personality:

Confident, persuasive, and customer focused.
