9:00 AM - 8:00 PM (9 hours)

Job Summary:

We are looking for

enthusiastic female candidates

to join our Outbound Sales Team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers over the phone, pitch products, and convert leads into successful sales. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to start a career in sales with on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads. Present and pitch products effectively to generate interest. Convert leads into successful sales while maintaining a positive customer experience. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales updates. Achieve daily/weekly sales targets set by the team. Collaborate with team members and report progress to the sales manager.

Eligibility & Requirements:

HSC / Graduate (Freshers are welcome). Excellent English communication skills (V3 & V4 quality). Must not be pursuing any other education currently. Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
