Role Overview:

We're searching for a proactive

Customer Sales Executive

who will:

Engage with prospective and current students Explain Sumlingo's features and subscription plans Drive sales conversions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:



Prospect & Outreach:

Reach out to leads via phone, email, and chat

Product Demos:

Showcase Sumlingo--its AI scoring, mock tests, and flexible plans

Consult and Close:

Understand student goals (e.g. PTE score) and guide them to the right plan

Onboarding Assistance:

Help new students sign up and start using the platform

Support Existing Clients:

Address queries, retain subscriptions, and promote upgrades

Feedback Loop:

Share student feedback with Marketing & Product teams

Required Skills & Experience:

Education:

Graduate (preferably in Business, Sales, or English Education)

Experience:

1-3 years in customer sales--preferably in EdTech or online learning

Excellent Communication:

Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable using LMS, CRM tools, and conducting online demos

Target-Driven:

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong rapport-building, confidence, and customer empathy
