We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Support and Sales Executive, where you will be responsible for effectively communicating with leads and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Make outgoing calls to leads interested in our free counseling services. Engage with potential clients, provide information about our services, and schedule appointments for counseling sessions.
Receive incoming calls from leads and existing clients. Address their inquiries, provide guidance and support, and ensure a positive customer experience. Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
Answer emails and web chats from clients promptly and effectively. Provide accurate information, answer queries, and offer appropriate guidance and solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Meet monthly sales targets by effectively promoting our counseling services and converting leads into clients. Employ persuasive and consultative selling techniques to increase client enrollment.
Prepare daily reports summarizing call activities, leads generated, conversions, and sales achievements and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
No direct sales is involved Only signing up the interested clients
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication.
At least 2 years of experience in US sales process.
Previous cold calling experience is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and abilities to comprehend a situation
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Word and Excel.
