Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective sales techniques, upselling, and cross-selling.
Product Expertise:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of jewellery products, including metals (gold, silver), gemstones (diamonds, etc.), craftsmanship, designs, and industry trends to inform and educate customers.
Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals, often by maintaining detailed client records.
Showroom Operations:
Ensure the showroom displays are attractive, clean, organized, and secure.
Inventory & Transactions:
Assist with inventory management, stock control, and accurately process sales transactions using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
After-Sales Support:
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support promptly and professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Promotional Activities:
Participate in sales events, in-store promotions, and exhibitions as required by management.
