Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be the face of the boutique--offering exceptional customer service, driving sales, maintaining brand presentation, and ensuring every guest enjoys a premium buying experience. This role is ideal for someone with a flair for luxury retail, hospitality etiquette, and a passion for gourmet products.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Experience
Greet and engage customers with warmth, confidence, and product expertise
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products, hampers, and gifting solutions
Drive in-store sales and meet weekly/monthly targets
Manage customer orders, packaging, and billing with accuracy
Store Operations
Maintain impeccable visual merchandising aligned with luxury brand standards
Oversee product display, stock rotation, and freshness checks
Handle POS operations, cash management, and daily sales reports
Coordinate with kitchen/production team for replenishments
Gifting & Corporate Sales Support
Assist with personalised gifting orders, festive hampers, and premium packaging
Support the management team with corporate enquiries, samples, and follow-ups
Build and maintain relationships with regular and high-value clients
Brand Representation
Uphold boutique etiquette, grooming standards, and brand language
Provide product knowledge on ingredients, craftsmanship, and pairing suggestions
Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in luxury retail, gourmet food, hospitality, or premium service brands
Strong communication skills and polished customer-handling etiquette
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to upsell and cross-sell
Presentable, well-groomed, and comfortable interacting with high-profile clients
Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing
Ability to work on weekends, festivals, and peak seasons
