Customer Support / Sales Executives

to join our dynamic team in

Malad West, Mumbai.

What You'll Do:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for U.S.-based customers

Provide top-notch customer service with a solution-driven approach

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

Collaborate with your team to deliver consistent performance

What We're Looking For:

Strong spoken and written English

Previous BPO/International calling experience (preferred)

Sales-driven mindset with a goal-oriented approach

Open to candidates up to 42 years of age

No qualification barriers - we value skill and attitude

What We Offer:

Competitive net salary: ₹15,000 - ?20,000 + incentives

Home drop facility for night shift

24 paid leaves annually, PF & ESIC benefits

Fixed night shift: 7:00 PM - 4:30 AM

Weekends off (except 1st Saturday)
