Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer support, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Upsell and cross-sell products/services where applicable.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
