We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused

Customer Sales Executive

to join our team. The role involves building strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for delivering solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking. Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert leads into sales. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM tools. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer support, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Upsell and cross-sell products/services where applicable. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.

Key Skills & Competencies



Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Target-driven with a proven track record in sales. Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively. Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ?10,151.77 - ?36,496.78 per month
