Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable properties.
Provide detailed project information, features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective buyers.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information and follow-up details.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Follow up with potential clients to keep them engaged until they are ready to make a decision.
Share marketing collaterals, brochures, and property details through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Assist in organizing promotional events and exhibitions to generate leads.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Real Estate/Marketing background preferred but not mandatory).
0-3 years of experience in pre-sales, telesales, or customer service (real estate experience is an advantage).
