Your Role
We are looking for someone who is great with people, can understand customer needs, and solve their problems quickly. You will talk to both buyers and sellers, make sure they are satisfied, and help close deals.
What You'll Do
Talk to customers and sellers in a polite and friendly way.
Understand what customers want and help them find the right match.
Answer questions and solve problems quickly.
Take regular follow-ups so no customer feels ignored.
Make sure every customer has a good experience with us.
Work with our team to get quick solutions whenever needed.
What We Expect
Good communication and people skills.
Positive attitude and a "don't give up" spirit.
Basic computer knowledge (comfortable using phone, laptop, and apps).
Hardworking and ready to give your best until the customer is happy.
Previous experience in customer support or sales is good, but not required.
