Customer Sales Executive, C-Store- Dallas/Ft Worth
Location: Remote in the Texas Region Location Preferred: Dallas or Ft. Worth, TX
Summary Responsible for profitably growing the Hershey business at key convenience channel accounts and distributors to achieve the objective/plan, including net sales, market share, trade spend, sales activity margin. Responsibilities include business planning & analysis, creating valued business partnerships with customers by becoming a business advisor, achieving mutually beneficial agreements through skilled negotiation, and understanding of the customers business. Leverage insights to build multi-year business plans and deploy supporting tactics to achieve financial objectives. This position will require working closely with the Retail team to provide direction, communication, tools, and days in the field.
