Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/emails/chats professionally
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Provide product/service information and support to customers
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Escalate complex issues to the concerned teams when required
Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards
Required Skills
Technical / Functional:
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
Familiarity with MS Office tools
Communication:
Good verbal and written communication skills
