Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver practical sales training programs tailored to our industry needs Conduct regular workshops, role plays, and one-on-one coaching sessions Evaluate performance and provide feedback to improve effectiveness Train executives on customer handling, objection management, and closing techniques Align sales approach with company objectives, services, and brand positioning.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience (3+ years) as a Sales Trainer, Sales Advisor, or Sales Manager Strong background in training sales teams, preferably in service sectors Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to inspire, lead, and motivate a diverse team Ability to commit part-time hours weekly (schedule flexible based on availability)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week
