About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Customer Review & Engagement Executive who will be responsible for connecting with customers to gather reviews on leading e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to converse in southern regional languages, and prior experience in calling, sales, or customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to customers via phone to encourage them to share authentic reviews on e-commerce marketplaces.

Build rapport and engage customers in meaningful conversations while ensuring a positive brand impression.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and review targets.

Handle objections and ensure smooth customer interactions.

Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups in CRM tools.

Use calling tools effectively for outreach and performance tracking.

Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to drive customer satisfaction and review generation.

Requirements

Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer engagement roles.

Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and one of the Southern language/ Marathi.

Hands-on experience with CRM tools and calling tools.

Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in E-commerce, Customer service, ORM.

Knowledge of online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Quick commerce, etc.

Positive attitude and a customer-first approach.
